The short version
We collect the least we can.
What we store
When you place an order we store: your name, email address, phone number, any pickup notes you leave, your order items, and your pickup date and time window. That's it. We don't track your browsing, we don't sell anything about you, and we don't build a customer profile.
Why we need it
The name and phone number are how we confirm your pickup at the window. The email is where your order confirmation and receipt go. Payment is handled by Stripe — card details never touch our servers, and Stripe's own privacy policy covers that part.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 90 days after pickup, long enough to handle refunds and any "I think my order was wrong" moments. After that we delete them.
